Nowadays,  more and more people are shopping online, not only for those important presents, but also for everyday items.  And why not? No queuing, no frayed tempers, no children throwing temper tantrums etc etc!!

Well, why not shop online and raise funds for the school at the same time?  St. Michaels PTA has set up a scheme through an online organisation called "THE GIVING MACHINE".  By logging onto the Giving Machine and following the link to your favourite store, you can, by the click of a button, help raise funds for the PTA.  It won't cost you anything extra as the site gives a percentage of their sales over to the School PTA .  Some sites will even give discounts to people coming to their site via the Giving Machine!
