Order forms and payment can be handed in to a member of staff in the Nurture Room off the Key Stage 1 playground every Monday between 8am and 10am Cheques should be made payable to St. Michael's Primary School If paying by cash - please have the exact money ready ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

If your child has a special diet because of medical reasons please let us know, Cygnet may be able to accommodate your child’s requirements.

Please note, the school pre-orders all meals and we are therefore unable to offer refunds for any reason.

Is your child entitled to Free School Meals?
To qualify for Free School Meals, you must be in receipt of one of the following benefits:
- Income Support
- Income-Based Job Seeker’s Allowance
- An income-related employment and support allowance (this benefit was introduced from 27 October 2008)
- Support under part VI of the Immigration and Asylum 1999
- Child Tax Credit, provided that you are NOT entitled to Working Tax Credit and have an annual income (as assessed by HM Revenues and Customs) that does not exceed £15,575
- The Guarantee Element of State Pension Credit
If your child already receives Free School Meals you do not have to take any further action other than completing the order form and handing it in to the school.
If you think your child may be entitled to Free School Meals but is not currently receiving them, please collect a form from the school office. We are happy to help you complete the form and send it off for you.
The only information you need to provide is your name, address and national insurance number.
